WYO-131 After-party &Vendor Fair
OVERVIEW
The goal of the WYO-131 After party and Vendor Fair is to connect event attendees with the Lander community through a celebration of the creative culture of cycling. Vendors, artists, and creative entrepreneurs from Lander and the broader community gather in city park to display and sell their work.
TIME
The Afterparty takes place on Saturday, September 7th from 1:00pm to 5:00 pm in Lander, City Park. Vendors can start setting up at 12:00 pm, need to be present at their booth or table for the entire event, and have the option to stay until 8:00 pm if business is going well. This event is followed by the official “Awards Ceremonies”. There will be live music in the park from 2-5pm.
FREE
Participation in the vendor fair is free for both vendor and participants.
APPLICATION
The Vendor application is available online through the WYO-131 website until the deadline of July 1, but only the first 30 approved applicants will be accepted. Applicants will be notified on a rolling, first-come, first-served basis and will be provided with more details about the event at that point. You will also be asked to share a headshot of you and several thumbnail photos of your work so that we can highlight participants on our website and social media channels.
EQUIPMENT
Participating vendors need to provide their own tables, sun shades, pop-up tents, chairs, and anything necessary to hold it all down if it’s windy. (Tent weights are required!) If you are traveling for the event and cannot bring some of this with you, please contact us and we can help arrange for you to borrow a table and maybe a pop-up tent if available.
